Community Voices:
Stories from the Circle

Real reflections from participants, hosts, coordinators, co-presenters, volunteers, ambassadors, caregivers, families, and communities experiencing RHC’s brain health work.

Participant and Family Voices

The Brain Boost workout is not time consuming yet very effective. The important thing is to be consistent in order to maximize the benefits. Yeah! So, let's encourage one another and hopefully it will become a way of life. Cultivate a special time to do the exercises. For me it’s immediately after my prayers in the morning.

The sessions were informative, interactive and encouraged participants to share their story. The social connections and networking showed that together on this

journey, we are learning and practicing simple science tested daily habits, which would help us to maintain good brain health and quality of life for a longer period.

I must say this program has helped me so very much, I did the first one at the

Seventh-day Adventist Church in Lambeau. I am proud to say “I'm a Brain Health Ambassador”. At the moment I'm in the USA, but every day I follow the program I believe it's the best thing that has happened to Tobago. Keep up the good work, in

Jesus’ name.

Seeing the transformation in our participants through simple daily habits is the most rewarding part of my work. We aren't just teaching brain health; we're building a resilient community that supports one another long before a crisis occurs.

As a volunteer and ambassador, I see how these circles create a safe space for families to share their experiences. It's about dignity and empowerment, ensuring that every voice in our community is heard and valued in the journey toward brain health.
